When do cockerels typically become agressive?

I have a possible rooster who has been a house pet since 3 weeks old because mom got tired of mothering. At nine weeks of age my little one is still cuddly and falling asleep stretched out on my bed. But is show signs it might be rooster red comb and growing wattles.

So my question is what should I look for aggression wise in the next few weeks/months? I know I might have to rehome my baby if they turn agressive. Though I am hoping it is unlikely since the sire is they most passive rooster I have known. Which is likely because he is a silkie cross. Though I do worry since mom is an opinionated Wyndotte.

Breed and lineage matter.
Often they never become aggressive.
I've raise a few rock and other breed roosters that attacked. I've raised hundreds of penedesenca roosters without any becoming human aggressive.

Keep in mind that aggressiveness is related to their job. They are protecting their flock and guarding them from other roosters.
It's always important to bring treats (other roosters don't) and move slowly (unlike predators). I don't even walk directly toward any of them or try to handle hens during the day.
