When do ducklings chill?

Mine did too when I went from heat lamp to brood plate but they got over it. I can’t imagine 18 in my house 6 was enough. They all just moved out to their own house last night 3 two weeks olds 1 three week old and two 5 week olds. They are doing great!

I’m glad to hear your ducks are doing so well! My Runners are loving their new home too.

I have nowhere else to put the babies. Their home isnt finished yet. They make an ungodly mess but i stay on top of it.

My Runners didnt like the dark at first either. They’d wake me to turn the light back on when they were hungry XD I’mma wait until the babies dont have to eat as frequently before getting them use to night time.
