When do ducklings reach their adult size and weight?

I am raising my first group of home-grown Welsh Harlequins. They are 3 1/2 weeks old now, and everything is going well. At what age can I expect them to be at their adult weight? I don't mean sexual maturity or adult plumage, just size.

Thanks!

My new White Crested ducklings are now 6 weeks old and they are pretty much fully grown, I think. They grew a lot faster than my runners did. I'm pretty sure my runners were full grown at 7 or 8 weeks, but that was last year so I'm not positive. It might depend on the breed of duck.

The first photo is the first two ducklings to hatch at 24 hours old. The second is of all eight during their first swim at about 1 week. And the third is when they went outside for the first time at about 2 weeks. I call these my first home grown ducklings because they are the first to be hatched from the adults I purchased as ducklings last year. The only exception is one drake? duckling I got from a breeder who has stock unrelated to mine.

Thanks for all the replies.
