When do ducks become mature

Ok, I know this may sound stupid, but at what age do ducks become capable of having babies... Please don't laugh.... I have no idea

I dont know when they are physically ready, but my Rouen is 11 mo and just started setting...

I would wait until a year old at least before letting them try to hatch out a clutch. I don't know about physically, but I'm assuming since they become sexually mature (when they lay eggs) at about 22 weeks, I'd say then.
