When do ducks lay?

Does anybody know when ducks lay on average? Particually pekins?

Around 6 months. If they reach laying age in colder months they might not start laying until spring.

I got mine last year in april and she started laying in sept. and layed thru feb. She started back in sept. this year and only laid for about 6 weeks and has stopped again. I think she has gotten to fat to lay now. I want to put her on a diet but I would have to keep her separated from the rest of my flock and she wouldn't be happy at all.

Dont know if this helps.but my rouen hen didnt start till she was 8 months old

and then stopped a month later...
