When do hens reach there full weight???

Our four 6 and 1/2 month old hens have started laying and they don't seem to be 7-8 pounds like I have heard they should be. We have a (was supposed to be a Maran until she started laying tan eggs) Barred Rock, Buckeye, Turken, and Black Star. The Black Star seems to be a little smaller than the rest, but none of them seem to be anywhere near 6-7 pounds. We had a Cochin/Brahma rooster that was gigantic and he only weighed about 4 pounds at a year. Does it take a long time to get to their full weight?
Just so if anyone asks, they have an excellent diet and are extremely healthy happy birds.

Usually by the time they are a year old they should be at their full weight unless they are sick.

Do they get bigger than this?

I don't beleive that your 4 will eveer get to 8#
