When do hens start laying again after brooding?

My hen is a game bantam she layed 7 eggs and 3 were not hers, and they were supposed to hatch the 21st this month, but a snake came and ate all them but one last friday i put the one in my incubator along with 4 other hatching eggs, but she hasn't layed any since will she or she wont lay till next spring? I live in the south so it dont get real cold thank you!!

It really varies. Usually, my broody chickens start laying about a month after ending their broodiness. Some of my birds have taken a couple of months, though.
