when do i help it out?

I have 7 hatched chicks in the bator and one egg left, it is pipped and partially zipped (i think i have the terminology right) It hasn't made any headway on hatching in many hours, maybe longer. The egg is still moving from time to time. When do I try and help the chick out?

don't even think about it until at least 24 hours after it's pipped, then see what it's doing.
