start to feed oyster shells or crushed egg shells to my girls? they are 12 weeks old.

When they start laying eggs. They do need grit now though and the oyster shell can replace that when they are laying.

so they dont need any oyster shells before they lay then??? wont their shells be soft though at first?

No, they don't need the oyster shell until they start to lay. Their first shells should be just fine.

They only need grit if they have no access to the ground. If they are outside on the ground during the day they don't need grit either as they will pick up what they need from the dirt.
