When do I start feeding my older chicken flock food?

Their diet is feather conditioner bits, grit, and chick starter. But Godzilla is getting older, about 3-4 weeks.
 
Some recommend keeping them on starter until 18 weeks or if it's medicated, at least 2 weeks after being out on the dirt. If by flock food you mean layer, you shouldn't feed it to them until they're about 18 weeks due to the calcium in it. I think most here use starter until they're old enough for layer feed.
 
We use Countryside organic and they recommend switching from starter to grower at 6-8 weeks, then layer when the chickens start laying.
