When do I stop turning?

Take them out as soon as they are dry. They have tiny bodies and need to get to their water and feed supply quicker than chickens.

because my HB has an add on computer fan I can unplug it and use it as a still air for lock down any body else do this ?

Bad idea there, the temp will change and it is too risky to adjust it in lockdown.
