Its day 21, the piping started 10 hours ago. When do i open the door incubator and begin to take the chicks out?

I'm not exactly sure, but its either 48 or 72 hours. Once they are dry, and fluffy, and not attached to the yolk anymore!

You can take them out once they are dry and there are NO PIPS!!! Do not open the bator if there are pips. They are safe in there for three days.

ok great thanks, i opened the door for 5 seconds to put a sponge because my RH WS 55% and now it went up to 63%. I dont think this will effect it? I mean the RH was 55% since the beggining of day 21 ( it went for 10 hours at that humidity till i increased it just a few miniutes ago).

63% is fine! I would not go over 70% IMHO. I went over last hatch and my bantys drown.

whew, it went up to 65%, i guess anything under 70% is great. and I HOPE THEY ALL HAATCH! there is about 300 eggs in the bator lol.

yea 300, well its more like 298 or somthing. I use the 1502 sportsman. I never do weekly hatches... I jut fill up the 3 racks, and on the 19th day i place trays.

300? Like as in, litterally, THREE HUNDRED EGGS?!?!?!?
