When do Mediterrean breeds start laying?

Just wondering if anyone with Sicillian Buttercups, Egyptian Fayoumis, Silver or Brown Leghorns or Hamburgs can tell me when their girls started laying. Mine were all hatched around the first or second week of June, I thing around the 10th. I noticed that they all seem to be getting pink in the face, unlike the EE's from the same hatch.

I have a Sicilian buttercup. She started laying around 22 weeks. She's 2 1/2 now.

Excellent. My two buttercups should be getting close. My Egyptians and Leghorns look really close, as do my "Hamburgers".
