When do pekin ducks develop a drake feather?

I'm having some difficulty figuring out weather my Pekins are male or female. I have two of them and they are around 14 weeks old. Should they have there drake feather if they are males yet? When will they develop if they are males?

Since Pekins develop and grow so quick, I'd imagine maybe a month or two? My Khaki drake developed his a bit after 2 mos.
