When do polish roosters start growing waddles?

We are raising two white crested black polish. Got them at 2 days old. At 4.5 weeks old they started crowing. Yup, full fledged crowing. Couldn't stop laughing. They are non-bearded. I noticed the waddles at 3.5 weeks old. Cute little buggers.
 
WATTLES! not Waddles. Ducks waddle chickens have wattles.
