When do pullet look like adult hens?

At what age months/weeks do pullets begin to look like adult hens, with the comb and waddles at their full size and facial blush coloring?

I'm not real sure, but I have some BR pullets, that throw me off (born 4-7-09) and I have to look for the tag on their legs....I think it's all about genetics. I have some that look like hens and some that look like little girls (pullets). Can't help ya' other that tell ya' what I see in my flock.
