when do rhide islands start laying

my hens are 15 weeks wen do they lay is it to early do i feed them oyster shells do i put fake eggs in there nesting box what feed do i give them do i have to be searching in different areas fore the eggs

It is to early thy usually starts laying eggs at age of 23-26 weeks so you still have time....
