When do roo's start to crow?

Sometime between a week and a year. Now watch, someone will say theirs fell outside that range...

It's wildly variable and individual but I think bell curve peaks around 3-4 months.

I have hatched a lot of chicks from eggs. The oldest ones hatched 7/29 which is 20+ weeks and none of them crow yet.

My silkie was about 20 weeks old when he first crowed and my frizzle was about 13 weeks old
