When do Rouens start getting feathers

So my duckling is sick and I want to start giving Nutri-drench. The directions have it broke down my age. We bought them from Rural King and I have no idea how many weeks old they are. They are just starting to come into their tail feathers. The rest is all still fluff. Any ideas?

If I remember right (although I might not), mine got tail feathers around 2 - 3 weeks

same, they were about two weeks when my three started getting tail feathers. Good luck with the sick baby!
