When do Rouens start to lay eggs?

My Rouen ducks are 15 weeks old and i was wondering when they will start to lay eggs. I bought them from Murray hatchery.

My ducks usually start laying around 20 weeks but every bird is a individual and certain factors can delay egg laying.
