I have 4 Salmon Favorelle hens that I recieved from Cackle hatchery on April 3rd. They are a little bit over 2 months old now.

When will they start to lay eggs? Do they lay every day?

What color are the eggs they lay?

mine started to lay at about 22 weeks. They lay every day. They lay a "light brown" egg that is correctly known as tinted eggs.

I only have experience with bantam salmon faverolles, but mine have started to lay as early as 4 1/2 months old, but average is 5 months old.
They lay a tinted egg, kinda off white.
Very good layers.
