I have three ducklings born June 29th about 45 days ago, they are feathering out nicely, but when can I tell the drakes. Currently they all look like hens, which is fine with me. One duck's quack has changed from a peep to sounding like the adult ducks. Any suggestions?

The Drakes will start getting the green head and a white ring around the neck as the feather grow in. They will have a juvenile molt around 4 months old and have stronger adult colour then.
The coloration is clear before four months in our experience--more like 12 weeks or earlier. Sexing by vocalization is possible earlier. Here is a 13-week old drake:

You'll probably start seeing some change in feathering soon. My first round of ducklings, I got in late May. Below is a picture of what they started looking like in August. Notice the green starting around the bill and eyes and chestnut on the chest.
