when do they start laying?

about what age does ameraucana, cochins and silkies start laying? also my sizzle hen went broody in june and sat on eggs for me for about a 2 months about the end of july she finally got off but she hasnt layed an egg since then she last one she laid was right befor she went broody my orpington who went broody about same time and stop the same time is laying again but not my sizzle

My ameraucana just started laying last week at about 26 weeks old - she layed five days in a row, took a day off, and has layed the past two days straight.
