When do turkey poults start to show their secondary sex characteristcs

Well, I have my hopes in for a strutting tom! My hens can strut too if they want! I bought these for the purpose of food, so I can't get that attached to them, even if they follow me around and sit in my lap asleep for hours.

They are absolutely adorable. I'm hoping to get at least one of them int the 40 lb range before August.
