My pullets are 12 weeks now and their combs and wattles are still pretty tiny. About when will they start to grow? Their bodies are a good size.

Oh dang, I failed to read your sig first, sorry.

They should be starting to redden and get a little larger in a few weeks, as they begin to lay. I've has a few start at 16 weeks, some as late as 26 weeks!

The breeds are in my signature. I know the EE's and Wyandottes have the small pea combs but the Golden Comets, Black sex links and Golden comets should have single combs, right?

I was wondering the same thing, I have Pekins.

ducks don't have waddles or comes.

Pekin chickens are a true bantam.

Pekin bantams are a True bantam, a breed of miniature chicken which has no large fowl counterpart
