when do you lockdown turkey eggs ect.

ok when do you put turkey eggs in lockdown and what does the humidity need to be thanks

I know that turkey eggs take the same time as peacocks and I go into lockdown on day 25. I try and keep the humidity at 60% but it is hard. I raise it to 70% once I go into lockdown. I am not sure about the humidity for turkeys though!

I don't have turkeys but do have Pheasants which take a few more days to hatch than chickens do so I calculate when they should hatch and about 3 days before I set them for hatching.
I keep my humidity around 40% to 50% until lock down then I raise it 60% to 70%.
