When does lockdown start???

After reading different posts and articles i am no longer sure when lockdown starts....I had always thought day 1-18 keep humidity 35-50% then lockdown days 19-21 and increase humidity 60-70%. I now see a lot of posts with lockdown on day 18. Do I wait until the morning of day 19 to increase my humididy or do it on day 18?

I wait till the first internal pip to increase humidity, but take the eggs out of the turner on day 18-19 (it depends on how fast the growing in the incubator proccess goes: higher temps equal faster hatch so stop turning on day 18, lower temps are opposite).
