When is a pullet in prime show condition?

How old should my pullet be for show? Red comb, vigor and standard size. would it be like 20 weeks more or less? thanks!

In order to show your chicken you really want it to have been fully mature and moultrd into is adult feather. Depending on the breed this can take more or less than 20 weeks(average is about 6 months).

it would need to be prime the first week of august, when you you suggest i hatch?
