When Is a Rooster First Fertile

I've tried to find the answer to this question, but haven't found it yet. Is a 7 week old rooster fertile. This is Kelp, he's Ameraucana & Leghorn mix. He found his voice last week at just under 6 weeks. Now he's 7 weeks and I've seen him mate our silky hen twice today. All the other hens are too big. I saw him try for the Ameraucana two days ago, but she pecked him off. Will the silky's eggs be fertile?

They may very well be fertile - some boys mature faster than others.
