This is really a three part question:

I have a sick 5-week-old black cochin chick and posted a topic about her illness here:
https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=210292

I've had her in quarantine in the house for about three days now, and while she is improving very slightly, she's still slow to eat and drink and wobbly on her feet. How long should I treat her before determining that she's not going to get better?

And...

How long should I continue to look for symptoms in my other chicks before returning her back to the flock if she does recovery fully?

Is there a minimum suggested time period fro quarantine?

Your advice is appreciated

Sorry about your chickie.
Have you been giving the vitamins?
Do you have the electrolytes in her water?
Have you checked her crop?
Give her some boiled egg?
If she can't eat that along with some yogurt, Go to the pet or feed store and get some baby bird food. Exact makes a great one it's for all baby birds. I have used it many times.
get a syringe as well so you can squirt out "little worms" of baby bird food so she can try and nibble on them.
That will get her nutrition back up.
Good Luck with your little sweetie!
