When is it safe to assume an egg isn’t developing (and pull it from the incubator?

I have overfilled my incubator. It’s my first hatch. The breeder gave me a bunch more eggs with my order and I couldn’t bear to not set them. I candled all of them and and pulled one because it had a huge blood spot. I had the turner out to make room and was manually turning but it seemed like all the eggs would bonk each other every time I turned one and also it was taking forever. With the way they are in this picture, I just have to manually turn the six layered on top. All the rest are moving with the turner. However, I don’t like them being perched on top of each other or opening the lid so much.

My question:
How soon can I candle and be reasonably certain that clear-appearing eggs are clear and blood ring-appearing eggs have stopped developing? I was hoping I could candle on day 5 and make some space but I have read that you shouldn’t take out any eggs until day 10 regardless of what you think you see before then. Do you agree? What’s your experience?

My experience is don’t candle before day 10. I used to candle on day 7 but it was iffy even then. By day 10 you know if there is growth or not. There are prominent veins in a growing egg on day 10 and an obvious black spot. Sometimes even movement. In an egg with no movement on day 10 there’s nothing. No veins. No spots. The blood ring, if there is one, is very visable by day 10.
