Hey your from my neck of the woods, I live in Franklinville
. My older chicks are about 4 weeks now and I do take them out during the day to peck around and enjoy the sunshine. I still bring them back in at night though because I have no power to my coop so I can't hang a light and they're not 100% feathered out yet. I am putting one of my Cornish X's outside for the night to see how he does (he's ~95% feathered) just because I would like to get those piggy chickens out of the brooder as soon as possible. I plan on getting my comets, RIRs, and Barred Rocks out when they are between 6-8 weeks weather permitting.
