When is lockdown

This is my first hatch. I placed chicken eggs in incubator on March 1st at about noon. Is lockdown start tomorrow the 19th at noon? And do I increase humidity at that same time? And do I turn eggs tomorrow morning once before lockdown starts or will tonight be my last time turning?

Lockdown is day 18. You stop turning the eggs and raise the humidity.

@KiwiandPeachthePigeons is correct, lock down is day 18 (which for you would be March 19th). Yes, you do increase the humidity and stop turning the eggs (it doesn't matter that much whether you stop turning them tonight or tomorrow morning). Don't stress it and good luck with your hatch!
