Pip times can vary greatly sometimes depending on your incubator's average temp. Lower than average temps will result in slower development (say 97 to 98*) chicks can pip as late as day 20 and hatch on day 22 to 23... on the flip side, if you've had higher than normal average temps (say 100 to 101*) I've had chicks pip as early as day 17... and hatch by day 19 to 20...
