When is the right time

My first flock of buff orpingtons will be 5 weeks old March 30th. I'm wondering when it will be safe to move them out to the coop. I live in Michigan and our temps here are still falling below 40 at night. I don't have electricity for a heat lamp going out to the coop. Any feedback will be helpful! Now is a good time. Generally they say about 4 weeks is safe for birds to be without heat. You do not have a lamp on them now do you?

No, the flock is in their brood box in my house and they are at room temperature at this point which is anywhere from 68-71 degrees
