When it rains it pours.....

Sorry, but this cracked me up!! :gig
Hope you find some solutions and relief.
I have a way with words. Lol.
Pecking order issues, sounds like the birds are either bored or cramped, or even both. I hope the weather changes for the better, for all of us soon. It's been a rough year, and winter is fast approaching, due to the grand solar minimum phase we are in.
I'm all too aware that winter is coming. I was hoping to be moving on to building fencing so I can have a herd of goat and get some seeds in the ground for an early winter harvest but so far I'm almost 2 1/2 months into getting my chicken operation up and running. I'm going to make a thread in the appropriate forum about the pecking order issue because I think they are fine on space and that my problem is I need to cull a couple cockerels.

I can totally relate on the cockerels! We ended up with a bunch of roos here, way too many. I was fortunate enough, to find wonderful homes for 2 of the 5. We still have 3, but will most likely rehome 1 or 2 more. For right now they each have their own mini cage/tractor and seem to be happy about 6 feet apart from one another. 👍 Good luck with your building, we were way behind also with the main coop, and still behind with a 2nd small isolation coop.
