    My chicks will be here in the next few days. They are between 1 and 2 months old. Is there any special care for them. Do i just let them eat and drink as normal or should i do small amounts at a time so they don't over do it. These are black copper marans so i want to make surre i do things right and not loose any. Linda

    I would make sure they know where the food and water is and then let them at it. Keeping food and water available at all times.

    Yes, thats a pretty good age that they should be pretty hardy but shipping is rough on any animal so as long as you provide food and water i think you wont have any problems.
