When should duckling finish first molt?

My 3 white runners, Ping, Pong and Paddle are now nearly 12 weeks old. They look full grown but are still a bit "puffy". Their pen and the yard look like someone had a pillow fight.
I was hoping to enter 1 of the drakes in the fair, September18. Do you think he'll be ready by then?

My Khaki Campbells and Welsh Harlequins are 16 weeks now, and still have not quite finished their first molt.

good luck with the fair!!!!!!
i went to our fair here and they only had pekins
i could have filled the cages with all mine and gave people something to look at.. i have ran into more people that thnk there are only 2 or 3 breeds of duck
oh and they only had 1 breed of geese!
next yr i think i am going to be bringing my ducks to the fair
