When should I expect eggs?

127 eggs incubator/ less than half hens laying, little more light , it will be egg city, I will be firing number 2 incubator up tonight! also 4 ringneck eggs today! as a turkey farmer this is what I wait all year for, spring! don't worry your hens will lay soon! its been really mild here!!!! tom

And then what do you do with the eggs? I mean, I want to hatch maybe 20-30 of them, but after that, what?
Sell the eggs, eat them, try to sell poults?

all of the above. Turkeys are pretty high demand birds. I sell all my stuff, actually am about already sold out for the year on the wild strains. We sell both eggs and poults, $4 per egg $10 per poult on domestics, higher on wilds. Tuff to eat them at that price, but they are good! I say put them on ebay and sell them after you have what you want hatched out. It really helps cover the feed bill for the year on them.

49 heritage hens, laid over 2,500 eggs last year from mid april to mid november! then the white turkeys started laying in feb,96 eggs from them so far (9hens) have over 135 eggs now and thats not even half the birds laying! my hens lay every other day, some of my royal palms are 6 years old going on 7 and they are egg machines tom!!!!!
