When should I hatch some eggs?

I know now right!

I live in NY near Albany and don't have heat out in my coop. I would hatch and brood in my basement which is always at around 60 degrees. Our last frost date is around May 10th. When should I start a batch of eggs? Is it too early yet? I am very excited because this is the first time I am going to attempt this. I want to get them out of the basement when they are around a month old since they start to smell and dust gets everywhere and begin to hop.

As long as you can keep the temp stable in your brooder or bator. You should go for it.
