When Should My Geese Lay

I am confused...... I live in Missouri and I am new to Geese. My goose laid an egg about three days ago and then laid another today. I read that if they lay at the wrong season to leave the egg to stop her from laying more. Well I took away the first egg and she laid a second today. If I leave the egg the gander gets aggressive towards my other fowl. I have a rooster and 4 hens that the gander bullies . She ALWAYS lays in the chicken house so this has created a problem. Should I take her eggs and let her keep laying or leave it or what? I read if she laid out of season it could cause malnutrition. Hoping someone experienced can help me out. Thanks :D Have a goosey Goose day!

We did separate an area for the geese. I am a newbie to geese but the old farmer we got her and the gander from said she was embden(sp). I just want to do what is right for her. My chickens are fantastic and my Rooster is doing great and my goose and gander are good..... all my fowl are in terrific shape and look great but like I said being a newbie I research a LOT and I felt it was unusual for her to be laying this time of year in this area geographically. :D

Just updating.... well my goose now has 6 eggs laid . Shed lays one every other day so I am expecting for her to start sitting them in about a week to ten days since they usually lay 8-10 eggs before they sit on them. I am for certain going to have to do a LOT of studying on how to raise goslings in the winter so they survive and stay healthy since we get snow and below greezing temps here in the winter starting with cold temps now (24 degrees tonight) and snow and such Dec - jan or Feb. Any experienced goosers out there that can advise me?
