When should they get back together?

1 of our hens was picking out the feathers of our other two. We decided to put her in a separate run next to them, and in a box in their coop at night. How long should we wait to reintroduce them? During the day they pretty much stand staring at each other ALL DAY through the hardware cloth. Does this mean they can go back together? We separated them Saturday

I'm not trying to change the dominance, I just want her to stop pecking the other chickens. Is there any way to do this?

Did they grow up together?

How big is your coop and run, in feet by feet?

What all and how exactly are you feeding?
