When should they roost?

Well, the babies are a month old as of yesterday

They are getting so big! Esther is taking very good care of them..but they are still all sleeping on the ground inside the coop tho, with Esther cuddling them under her wings. Really cute

Question is...Mercedes is roosting, but Momma Esther is not. And the babies don't seem intersted in it either atm.

I have seen them roosting on the edges of the nesting box, tho precariously....when should I expect Esther to start teaching them to jump up to the roosts? Or, is this something I need to worry about...

I gather Esther is a hen, and is taking care of them, so don't worry about it....
