I got my chickens in the middle of October as hatch-lings. I live in Central New York. They are almost 6 months old and still no eggs. Shouldn't I being expecting them soon?
I should also add that they haven't been outside much. we didn't put them out during the winter. They have a decent size coup though. we converted half a large horse stall into their "home" Now since it is getting warmer we try to get them to go out and they want nothing to do with it.
