When Should You Take Away Ducklings From Mother?

Hey guys, so I decided to let my khaki campbell sit on a batch of eggs and she hatched 7 of them. I am college like an hour and a half away from her and home and I have a person who wants to take the babies off my hands. I am wondering when I should take the babies away from mom and how without causing any of them a lot of stress? I don't want the mom to stress about losing her babies randomly and I don't want the babies to be too young to take away from mom. Is it a good idea or should I wait until they are around a month old?

You can take the babies away whenever is most convenient for you. They will be distressed for a day or two after being separated but they will quickly adapt and be fine.
