When to change type of feed

When do you change from grower to layer? Our ISA Browns are 9 weeks old and we have enough grower to last till they are 11 weeks old. Is that too early to put them on layer feed or do we need to keep giving them grower? Thanks.

It is best not to feed layer feed to chickens that aren't laying due to the calcium. Most breeds start laying around 18-22 weeks.
