When to consider assisting a hatch?

Hello, I'm currently hatching my first ever set of chicks in my new incubator. I read up as much as I could, but I'm needing some advice on my one last egg. There were about a dozen eggs and the first hatched about 36 hours ago and by this morning (about 12 hours ago now) all the rest have hatched, save one. They are all nice a fluffy and active now and ready to move to the brooder. However, my very last egg has pipped and I read that opening the incubator after a pip is bad because of the steep drop in humidity. I've been trying to wait out this straggler, but I'm starting to wonder. It pipped at least 36 hours ago, maybe closer to 48. There was no progress for over 24 hours and I started to wonder if the chick inside had died. Then, early this morning I noticed a bit more progress, it had broken away a circle of shell maybe half a centimeter across. I can clearly see it's little beak moving now and then, but no more progress has been made in probably 8 hours. I'm getting antsy to get my other chicks moved over since it's been about 36 hours now, but I'm wondering about this little straggler. Should I let them all be? Should I take the chicks out as quick as I can and leave the straggler another day? When do I consider giving it a little help? Is he just kinda doomed and will probably not make it either way?
