When to cull duck with wry neck

I have a 2 month old Crested Duckling that I found this morning with Wry neck. I got Brewers Yeast and Niacin and have treated today with that. I'e read it can take several weeks for them to recover. My duck seems to have a very severe case that came on quick, within hours it can't stay upright what so ever and I finally had to tuck it in with a very heavy towel to keep it upright. So at what point do I determine it' better to cull?

I'd give it at least a couple of days and see if it wants to fight through it. Best wishes for success.

are you positive it's wry neck? have you considered it could be neurological damage, it is very very common in crested ducks.
