when to cut up a chicken

I am having my Cornish x processed this fri.

how long should i Waite to cut them up

. I am going to leave 1or 2 whole but the others i want to cut into pieces and then freeze them in a seal a meal food saver. please help if you can thanks

You can cut them up at anytime. I think they cut better once they are good and chilled.

You can cut them up at any stage you just want to let the meat rest in the fridge for a couple of days.
