When to expect eggs?

I've read through some other posts but just can't seem to find the answer i'm looking for.....

i have 4 Buff Orpington's and 5 Australorps and a lone Roo. I estimate them all to be about 21 weeks old. My BO's were laying eggs at 17 weeks. I'm just starting to get an egg here and there from the 'lorps. Is it normal for them to take this long to lay? I know it depends on breed but for some reason i'm getting really impatient with the 'lorps!

So i'm wondering if anyone can tell me at what age their BO's and Austrlorps started laying.

You just never know. We've had everything from 15 weeeks to 26 weeks. Some of it is breed, some of it time of year, some of it sheer orneryness, I think.
